Virginia lawmakers respond to President Trump's address to Congress speech

President Trump delivered his Address to Congress Tuesday night, just over a month since returning to the White House for his second, non-consecutive term in office.

This is different from a State of the Union, which is given in years two through four of a president's term and is meant to be a reflection on what has been done so far in a term.

Since Trump has just entered office, again, for his second term, it's considered an "Address to Congress" instead of a "State of the Union."

After his speech, our national teams caught up with our Virginia lawmakers to get their thoughts on the president's message.
