Virginia GOP Congressman Ben Cline says that in order for the country to get back on track in terms of finances, the federal bureaucracy needs to shrink and power must go back to the people. "We're going to keep working to make sure that we shrink the bureaucracy and the administrative state by balancing the budget," Cline said on the Tuesday edition of the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show.
