Rep. Cline Honors Dr. Rita Bishop

Dr. Rita Bishop has served Roanoke City Public Schools well as its superintendent for more than a decade. Yesterday, I honored her commitment to our District’s students on the House Floor and wished her a happy, well-deserved retirement at the end of the school year.
