Trump's first 100 days are a new era of American renewal

In just 100 days, President Donald Trump has reignited a movement and reset the trajectory of the United States. He is a leader who is doing exactly what he promised on the campaign trail, and the early results are turning the country in the right direction at last.

The contrast with the prior administration could not be sharper — and nowhere is that clearer than in immigration policy. During the same timeframe in 2024 under Joe Biden, more than 184,000 individuals who crossed the border illegally were released into the U.S. under the controversial “catch and release” policy.

This year, under Trump, that number has dropped to just nine.

Not nine thousand — nine total.

A stunning reduction of more than 99.99 percent.

It’s a clear signal: the era of open borders and unchecked entry is over. America is reclaiming its sovereignty, and the results speak for themselves.

Yet, if you rely on legacy media, you might not have heard much about this. Instead, they focus on fringe narratives and attempt to sell the idea that Trump voters are having buyer’s remorse. But the data doesn’t lie. According to CNN’s own polling analyst Harry Enten, only 2 percent of Trump voters say they regret their choice — a figure mirrored among Kamala Harris voters. In other words, the electorate that brought Trump back to the White House is standing firm, and for good reason.

From day one, President Trump has delivered on his promises. He’s gone full throttle against bloated bureaucracy, flawed foreign deals, and politically driven agendas that ignored everyday Americans. Unlike his predecessor, Trump isn’t governing by committee or by public opinion polls — he’s acting with purpose and boldness.

The economy is already reaping the benefits. In February, the U.S. added 151,000 private sector jobs. In March, the number jumped to 228,000 — far surpassing expectations. These aren’t just numbers on a chart; they represent lives changed, paychecks restored, and families lifted. And the growth is being fueled not by government expansion, but by private sector momentum — precisely the engine America needs.

Trade policy has also undergone a dramatic shift. Trump has taken a hard line with countries that have long taken advantage of the U.S. through unfair trade practices. Whether through tariffs or tough negotiations, he’s made it clear: America will no longer subsidize the growth of other nations at its own expense. The ripple effect has been immediate, with global leaders lining up to revisit long-standing deals that no longer serve American interests.

The result? A manufacturing comeback, increased domestic investment, and a renewed confidence among business owners. U.S. industry is no longer being hollowed out — it’s being rebuilt. Trillions in new investment are flowing in, and the “Made in America” label is once again a mark of strength.

To rein in the runaway federal bureaucracy, Trump established the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), appointing Elon Musk to lead the charge. The initiative — announced before the 2024 election — has already uncovered billions in waste, targeted overlapping programs, and slashed red tape that choked innovation for years. While critics scoffed, the results are undeniable: a leaner, smarter government that actually works for its citizens.

Energy policy, too, has undergone a much-needed overhaul. The administration has reversed burdensome regulations that stifled exploration and production, ushering in a new age of American energy independence. With increased drilling, more permits, and expanded access to federal lands, fuel costs are declining and our reliance on hostile nations is fading. For working families and small businesses, that means relief at the pump and lower utility bills.

Trump’s cultural agenda has been equally decisive. He has dismantled federally mandated “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” initiatives that promoted division over unity. By shifting focus back to merit, individual dignity, and shared American values, he’s reaffirming the foundational ideals that unite the nation. Additionally, rejecting radical transgender ideology, he is protecting parental rights, preserving women’s spaces, and steering education back toward academic rigor and a broader return to common sense.

After four years of decline, the Trump administration is bringing clarity and confidence back to the United States of America. Inflation is falling. Gas prices are coming down. And Washington’s tone has shifted from elitist detachment to results-driven leadership.

The first 100 days of Trump’s second term have been a wake-up call to the political class and a breath of fresh air for Americans who felt forgotten. This isn’t just a presidency — it’s a course correction.

Trump promised to fight for the American people. He’s doing exactly that—at the border, in the economy, and across the culture. And if these first months are any indication, the best is yet to come.
