Virginia GOP Rep. and new Chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Responsiveness and Accountability to Oversight, Ben Cline, sent a letter to Joe Biden in which he demanded answers on whether Biden will miss the budget deadline for the third year in a row.  "It's fiscal mismanagement continued," Rep. Cline said on the Monday edition of the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show. "Finally we have accountability coming in the form of a Republican majority in the House of Representatives.
