STAUNTON, Va. (WHSV) - Republican Congressman Ben Cline, who represents most of the Shenandoah Valley, has written a letter to Governor Ralph Northam to urge the Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) to quickly respond to Staunton's request for a disaster declaration. The commonwealth must grant the request in order to qualify for FEMA disaster aid. |
