Cline Hosts County Town Hall
LINVILLE — More than 40 people attended a town hall in Rockingham County with U.S. Rep. Ben Cline, R-Lexington, on Monday discussing topics related to health insurance, immigration and legislation.
Rockingham County Supervisor Sallie Wolfe-Garrison and Rockingham County Clerk of Circuit Court Chaz Haywood were present.
Cline began the town hall with a background of the work he has been doing since taking office in January. Cline, a former member of the Virginia House of Delegates, won November’s election to succeed longtime Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Roanoke.
