ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) - Congressman Ben Cline introduced a bipartisan bill aimed to make sure legislators don’t vote on something they have not read.
The bill is called the 48-Bill Review Resolution. Currently, Cline said lawmakers have 72 hours to review a proposal. but Cline says there are many loopholes, like Covid 19, that let lawmakers force them to vote early.
